Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Sam's Club is committed to offering quality products and services at an exceptional value. Our goal is to ensure that products and services meet or exceed our member's expectations on quality and performance. One way that we do this is through the Sam's Club 100% Member Satisfaction Guarantee and 100% Merchandise Satisfaction Guarantee programs exclusive to active members.
If you are unsatisfied with your photo order please take your photo items to your local club's Photo Center for assistance.
Note: If your club does not have a Photo Center, please take your photo items to the Member Services counter for assistance.
If you would like to cancel your order, contact Member Care (888-746-7726) to request the cancellation.
If you would like to adjust an order that has already been placed, contact Member Care (888-746-7726).
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your photo items, please take your photo items to your local club's Photo Center for more information.
Returns of custom or personalized photo items may not be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
For items refunded at a Sam's Club location, you'll receive credit or cash in the original form of payment or a Sam's shopping card unless prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
For items refunded at the Sam's Club Help Center line (888-746-7726), you'll receive credit or a Sam's shopping card unless prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
When will I get my refund?
If you are refunded in club, you'll get an immediate refund.
If you are refunded through the Sam's Club Help Center line (888-746-7726), we'll process your refund within three days.
Will shipping and delivery charges be refunded?
Shipping and delivery charges will be refunded or credited only if the return is a result of an error by Sam's Club or damaged during shipping.
